Muffins salés
pour 12 muffins- 220 g de farine
- 1/2 sachet de levure
- 1 cuillère à café de sel
- 2 oeufs
- 80 g de beurre fondu
- 20 cl de lait
- 150 g de gruyère râpé
- Garniture au choix: 80 g de noix hachées grossièrement / ciboulette et persil à volonté /dés de jambon / ail /
Préparation :Mélanger tous les ingrédients.
Mettre dans des moules à muffin graissés.
Cuire au four préchauffé à thermostat 6 (180°C) les 10 premières minutes, puis 200°C les 10 dernières.
